How to register for the Congress?

Registration for the Anniversary Congress 80 Years of Innovation in Health and Medical Education is carried out exclusively online by accessing the “Registration” section from the main menu of the website and completing the available form.

What is the procedure to be followed after accessing the confirmation link sent by e-mail, as part of the Congress registration process?

As part of the registration process for the Anniversary Congress “80 Years of Innovation in Health and Medical Education”, after accessing the confirmation link sent by e-mail, participants are requested to set a password for access to their personal account.

How should individuals affiliated with USMF “Nicolae Testemițanu” fill in the “Identifier” field?

In the first box “Identifier”, individuals affiliated with USMF “Nicolae Testemițanu” will enter the following: – Scientific-teaching staff – the username from SIMU; – Students and Master’s students – the identification number from SIMU (SIMU ID); – Medical residents – will use the IDNP from the identity document; – PhD students – may register using their usual e-mail address.

How is the account creation process carried out for individuals outside the Institution?

For individuals outside the institution, the account creation is done based on an e-mail address.

Is it possible to participate in the Congress without completing the registration form?

No. Participation in the Congress is possible only after completing the registration form and registering for the scientific events organized in the context of the event, visible in the Participant’s Account.

Is it possible to submit an abstract without registering for a scientific event?

No. In order to submit an abstract, it is MANDATORY to register for an event that allows abstract submission.

Is it possible to submit abstracts by selecting multiple scientific fields?

Only one scientific field can be selected for submitting an abstract, and the field should be chosen according to the affiliation of the scientific supervisor of the submitted abstract.

How should the keywords be entered in the abstract submission form?

In the keywords box, enter the actual keywords one by one. After each keyword, press the ENTER KEY. A MAXIMUM of 5 keywords or phrases is allowed.

What is the number assigned to the scientific domain?
