How do I register for the Conference?
Registration for the Annual Conference of USMF “Nicolae Testemițanu” is carried out exclusively online. Access the “Registration” section in the main menu of the website and complete the available form.
What procedure should be followed after accessing the confirmation link sent by e-mail as part of the Conference registration process?
As part of the registration process for the Annual Conference of USMF “Nicolae Testemițanu”, after accessing the confirmation link sent by e-mail, participants are requested to set a password for access to their personal account.
How should persons affiliated with Nicolae Testemițanu complete the “Identifier” field?
In the first box “Identifier”, individuals affiliated with USMF “Nicolae Testemițanu” will enter the following:
– Scientific-teaching staff – the username from SIMU;
– Students and Master’s students – the identification number from SIMU (SIMU ID);
– Medical residents – will use the IDNP from the identity document;
– PhD students – may register using their usual e-mail address.
How can persons from outside the Institution create an account?
For individuals outside the institution, the account creation is done based on an e-mail address.
Is it possible to participate in the Conference without completing the registration form?
No. Participation in the Conference is possible only after completing the registration form and registering for the scientific events organized in the context of the Conference, which are visible in the Participant’s Account.
Can an abstract be submitted without registering for a scientific event?
No. In order to submit an abstract, it is MANDATORY to register for an event that allows abstract submission.
Is it possible to submit abstracts by selecting multiple scientific fields?
Only one scientific field can be selected for submitting an abstract, and the field should be chosen according to the affiliation of the scientific supervisor of the submitted abstract.
How should keywords be entered in the abstract submission form?
In the keywords box, enter the actual keywords one by one. After each keyword, press the ENTER KEY. A MAXIMUM of 5 keywords or phrases is allowed.
